Saturday, May 3, Edgewater Collective and the City of Edgewater are organizing a 5k to support the creation of a cradle to career pathway for all children in our area. You can read more about this cradle to career idea here.
We are looking for volunteers to make the race a success. People are needed to stuff goodie bags for the runners, help direct runners during the race and cleanup.

Joel has been a resident of Edgewater, Colorado with his family since 2012. He is the Executive Director of local education nonprofit Edgewater Collective and Editor of the Edgewater Echo.
I am going to volunteer and some of the optimist club members will also be volunteering. The runners I have will be registering, Mike Dran and Sheena Stovall.
