The Jefferson County Board of Education will host six community budget forums to discuss spending priorities and get feedback regarding the 2015-16 district budget.
The meetings are scheduled for:
Thursday, Jan. 22, 6 p.m.–Bear Creek High School
Thursday, Jan. 22, 6 p.m.–Pomona High School
Saturday, Jan. 24, 10 a.m.–Columbine High School
Saturday, Jan. 24, 10 a.m.–Alameda International High School
Wednesday, Jan. 28, 6 p.m.–Conifer High School
Wednesday, Jan. 28, 6 p.m.–Wheat Ridge High School
With the district’s move to Student Based Budgeting, it is important for the community to give feedback on what is important in regards to education spending priorities.
