Visit Edgewater’s Library

One of Edgewater’s hidden gems is the library on 25th Avenue. It might be small but it brings the resources and excellent programming of the Jefferson County Public Library to our community.

The Edgewater Library is located at 5843 W. 25th Avenue between Gray St. and Fenton St.

The library is open Mondays through Thursdays from 10 am to 6 pm and Fridays through Saturdays from 1-5 pm. The library is closed on Sundays.

Library cards are free for Jeffco residents and forms can be picked up at the library. Card holders can reserve free tickets to Denver area cultural institutions with the Culture Pass. You can also reserve books online and pick them up at the Edgewater Library.

Jefferson County Public Library is also investing in the library of tomorrow. Card holders can download ebooks for a variety of handheld devices and download movies through Hoopla. The library also just updated the wireless network within the Edgewater Library to allow patrons to browse the internet quickly. Computers are also available for people to search for jobs, update resumes and other computer tasks.
