This Thursday night (6/4/2015), Edgewater City Council will meet for a regular Business Meeting and Work Session at 7 pm. City Council will continue discussions on renter’s rights and have before them a First Reading of a Rental Property Registration Ordinance and a Rental Property Maintenance Ordinance. These ordinances would require landlords to register with the City of Edgewater and would give renters a way to ensure that their living spaces met minimum standards for safety and habitability.
