Join Edgewater Walks for a Community Walk this Tuesday, August 18 at 6:30 pm. Meet at Walker-Branch Park (parking lot at the southeast corner of 18th Ave. and Harlan St.) for a walk around the Edgewater community. Meet your neighbors, get some exercise and hear more about the HEALthy Edgewater campaign.
Community Walks take place each Tuesday night in August and September with the Edgewater Walks campaign of tracking minutes walked kicking off in September.
Edgewater Walks is a project of the HEALthy Edgewater initiative and hopes to increase physical activity in the community through promotion of daily walking.
