Edgewater Election Results: November 3, 2015

Unofficial results from the November 3, 2015 Coordinated Election have been released by Jefferson County. Here are the results as of 8 am on November 4.

Kris Teegardin ran unopposed and won with 100% of the vote for Edgewater Mayor.

Five seats on Edgewater City Council were up for grabs and the following won seats:

Kara Swanson received 18.63% of votes

Myra Armon Keeble received 18.51%

Kate Mulcahy received 18.07%

Steve Conklin received 17.71%

Todd Riddle received 17.56%

Larry Welshon received 9.52% of the vote and did not win a seat on Edgewater City Council.

The new mayor and City Council will be seated on November 19 after the election results have been certified.

In the Jeffco Public School Board Election, the current School Board majority of Ken Witt, Julie Williams and John Newkirk were recalled by a large margin. Amanda Stevens won 66.35% of the vote to succeed Lesley Dahlkemper in representing District 4 on the School Board which encompasses all of Edgewater and part of Lakewood.
