From the Edgewater Burger King:
The Edgewater Burger King at 2601 Sheridan Blvd. received a special visit from Mr. and Mrs. Claus during the recent holiday event and the jolly couple interacted with many kids, young and old, and brought much happiness to all who attended.
The children enjoyed entering coloring contests and reviewing their art work. Several winners were chosen for their excellent work and their artwork remained on display for several weeks.
Customers were asked to bring canned food/dry goods donations which generated more than five cases of canned goods to donate to local food pantries that support the area.
The event was a success and we are anticipating that Santa will be visiting again next year!
