Do you want to contribute to increasing walkability in our community? Please join friends, neighbors, and other community stakeholders at a FREE workshop to learn about an important walking audit in Edgewater.
The audit training workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, April 27 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at 5220 W. 25th (next door to Coda Coffee) in the office of the Edgewater Collective.
In this interactive workshop, we’ll define a walk audit, show you the study area, and conduct a brief group exercise to introduce the tool we’ll use on the day of the audit. We’ll also ask for your candid input on the overall ‘state of walkability’ in Edgewater.
Joel has been a resident of Edgewater, Colorado with his family since 2012. He is the Executive Director of local education nonprofit Edgewater Collective and Editor of the Edgewater Echo.
