This Thursday night, the Edgewater City Council will meet for a regularly scheduled Business Meeting and Work Session at 7 pm. During the Business Meeting, City Council will discuss amending the Edgewater Municipal Code to allow the addition of a single family dwelling unit to a business structure in the RC-1 Zone District. At a prior City Council meeting, a local business owner expressed interest in adding a living space above their business which is currently not allowed in the Municipal Code.
