From West Metro Fire:
West Metro Fire Rescue and Wheat Ridge Fire have merged and are operating as one fire district under an intergovernmental agreement. On October 4, 2016 residents of Wheat Ridge and Edgewater will vote on whether to dissolve the old Wheat Ridge district and include their properties into the new district, which will lower their property taxes.
Voting is at three locations from 7 am to 7 pm:
