Hello Friends and Neighbors,

Legislative Updates-  It’s budget time!  City Council will be working on the budget throughout the month.  Overall, the City is in good financial shape but there is so much work still ahead of us to make sure we continue to be financially sustainable for years to come. Council has also been working on a continued Tobacco Regulation Ordinance as well as the Bulk Plane and Maximum Height Measurement Ordinance. Click HERE to access tonight’s agenda and future business.

Veterans Day Dinner & Donation Drive-  The American Legion will be hosting a dinner and donation drive to honor our citizen soldiers.  This is a community event and all are welcome.  I have attached the flyer for details.  We hope to see you there!  If you have any questions, please contact the American Legion at 303-238-2401.  You may also contact me as well.

Communication-  For official City communication and information, please sign up for the Town Cryer HERE as well as visiting our entire website at http://www.edgewaterco.com/.

Thank You, Thank You-  I wanted to thank Patty Johnson for all her volunteering and hard work at Lumberg Elementary and the food bank at the Plaza. Thank you Patty!  I also wanted to thank all volunteers who donated their time at the Senior Connections Fall Day of Service.  Thank you Felica Goett for your leadership.  Lastly, I would like to thank everybody who had a block party this year!!!!

Thank you for reading the updates, and please do not hesitate to contact me at any time.  See you soon!

Sincerely,
Kris Teegardin
