Tonight, December 14, the Edgewater Planning and Zoning Commission will meet for a Special Business Meeting at 7 pm in the Council Chambers. On the agenda for the meeting tonight is the discussion of a Site Development Plan for 2480 Gray Street. The owners would like to add a second story to the building for a residence. Also on the agenda is the interviewing, discussion and possible recommendation for a new member of the commission.
