From Edgewater Deputy City Manager Dan Maples:
Republic Services will be providing a pick-up of storm debris during the next two regular Thursday pick-ups (5/18 & 5/25) for City trash and recycling subscribers. Debris will have to be left out next to the subscriber’s blue trash receptacle.
Please be advised materials will only be picked up if:
- All loose materials are bagged.
- Bags are not more than 50 pounds.
- Branches are not longer than 4’ and bound in bunches not exceeding 50 pounds with twine or string.
- The extra pick-ups are for storm debris only.
Republic will not remove:
- Appliances.
- Tires
- TV’s
- Computers
- Any material not in bags or containers
- Cement, dirt and rocks.
- Construction debris.
- Hazardous materials.
