Edgewater City Council will meet this upcoming Thursday night, November 16 for a regularly scheduled Business Meeting starting at 7 pm in the Council Chambers (2401 Sheridan Boulevard).
On the agenda is the discussion of selecting an appraiser for the city-owned properties located at 2401 Sheridan Boulevard (City Hall), 5845 W. 25th Avenue (Old City Hall), 5843 W. 25th Avenue (Library) and 2501 Gray Street (Old Fire Station). There will also be continued discussion of short term rental property licensing requirements (Airbnd and VRBO).
