New Edgewater Council Member Cory Reid-Vanas
This Thursday night will start the new term for Edgewater Mayor-Elect Laura Keegan. Myra Keeble just announced that she will be moving out of Edgewater, so this open up another City Council seat. Based on Edgewater election rules, the next candidate in the votes, which was Cory Reid-Vanas, will step into the seat vacated by Myra Keeble.
So this Thursday night will bring new terms for four Edgewater City Council members: John Beltrone, Caleb Rountree and Janet Spangenberg. Then at the first Council meeting in January, Cory Reid-Vanas will start his term.
