Edgewater City Council will meet this upcoming Thursday night, January 4 for a regularly scheduled Business Meeting and Work Session starting at 7 pm in the Council Chambers (2401 Sheridan Boulevard).
During the Business Meeting, Cory Reid-Vanas will be appointed to fill the City Council position vacated by Myra Keeble. Then during the Work Session, Littleton Capital Partners will present suggested planning and zoning changes related to the property at 20th and Depew. They are requesting an ordinance to allow consumption of liquor within 500 feet of Edgewater Elementary School and consumption within the former King Soopers space.
