What services do you provide:

Becky Kellogg, MS PT, is the owner of Farm to Treatment Table physical therapy and Pilates.

Becky has almost 20 years’ experience as a PT, and 15 years as a rehabilitative based Pilates instructor. Her entire career has been in orthopedic outpatient settings, and Becky has taken several continuing education courses each year throughout her career gaining further knowledge in spine/back pain, sports injuries, TMJ dysfunction, chronic pain, and visceral manipulation.

She specializes in manual (hands-on) based therapy including trigger point dry needling and instrument assisted fascial work, as well as incorporating Pilates and movement in all of her clients’ treatment programs.

Becky can help people with complaints of chronic pain, back pain/neck pain, jaw pain, headaches, plantar fasciitis, shoulder/arm pain, hip/knee/leg pain, digestive issues including GERD/acid reflux, and general deconditioning/weakness.

Farm to Treatment Table also sells a select amount of local CBD products: salves, tinctures, capsules, bath salts, etc. These products are hemp/CBD only, no THC.

What makes your business unique:

Farm to Treatment Table offers a welcoming and relaxing environment for your therapeutic needs. Through her years of experience and extensive training, Becky has developed expert level skills in her craft of physical rehabilitation.

Becky has a gift for connecting with her clients, and looking at the whole picture when treating them. All of her sessions are a full hour one on one with her, and include a mixture of several treatment techniques to best reach each client’s goals.  Her treatments are not a cookie cutter approach, but rather individualized to each client’s complaints, body, and history.

She is often told that her PT sessions are rather different/more effective than those of a typical outpatient PT experience.  Becky in particular loves helping people that feel that they are “difficult cases”, or have tried prior therapies in the past that have not worked for them.

Becky enjoys educating her clients, empowering them to take control of their bodies, and overall helping people get back to the activities that they love!
