This Tuesday evening, join Edgewater Walks at Qi Flow Yoga for a few simple stretching exercises before our neighborhood walk.
This week’s walk will include an opportunity to tour the Edgewater History exhibits in City Hall and to go inside the Orum House Museum:
WHEN – Tuesday September 9th at 6:00 PM
WHERE – Qi Flow Yoga, 5838 W 25th Ave.
WHAT – Here is a really fun way to meet your neighbors, get a bit of exercise, and learn something about Edgewater history. There will also be an optional scavenger hunt to start on Tuesday and finish up during the week of daily walks.
We’ll also be handing out free t-shirts to everyone who signed up for Edgewater Walks at www.edgewaterwalks.com.
Take the Pledge to Walk the Edge
How the Program Works:
The goal of this program is simple. Walk 30 minutes a day at least 5 days a week. That’s it!
You will have a chance to track your progress to qualify to win weekly prizes.
Participants get a free t-shirt.
Walk on your own, but please join us each Tuesday at 6:00 in September for
weekly walk events.
Check out www.edgewaterwalks.com for more information.
Lace up your shoes and start walking!
