From Jefferson County Schools:
Based on recommendations from the Choice Steering Committee, the district is launching the Jeffco School Enrollment and Choice Survey, a parent survey, to help identify the district’s highest priority enrollment and choice challenges to address over the next 12 to 18 months. From Wednesday, Sept. 17 through Sunday, Oct. 5, parents are asked to complete the survey and share their experiences around enrollment, satisfactions with current curricular and extra-curricular offerings in Jeffco, desired curricular and extra-curricular offerings, and preferences for additional school choices.
Parents can find the survey in English and Spanish at https://soars.jeffco.k12.co.us/survey/Login.aspx.
In order to access the survey, you will need your Jeffco Connect username and password or the generic username, PARENT and password, CHOICE2014. The survey takes approximately seven minutes to complete per level (preschool, elementary, middle and high). If you have children in more than one level, please add an additional seven minutes per level to your completion time. Questions reflect the school your child(ren) attended during the 2013-14 school year not the current school year.
Please note the survey refers to Jeffco elementary, middle and high schools assigned to your neighborhood as “district-assigned schools” instead of “neighborhood schools,” based on recommendations from parents on the Choice Steering Committee. Visit the frequently asked questions to learn more about the Jeffco School Enrollment and Choice Survey. You can also preview the survey questions online prior to completion.
It’s critical to hear from all Jeffco parents about your experiences and educational preferences. Please take a few minutes to complete the School Enrollment and Choice Survey today.
If you experience any technical difficulties when completing the survey, send an email to parentsurvey@jeffco.k12.co.us.
