The Wheat Ridge firefighters will be handing out candy on Halloween night from 5-8 pm at their firehouse at 2508 Gray Street.
Joel has been a resident of Edgewater, Colorado with his family since 2012. He is the Executive Director of the nonprofit Edgewater Collective and started the Edgewater Echo back in 2013.
