One of the best assets of our small Edgewater community is great community events to connect with neighbors and meet new folks. Friday, December 11 brings another one of these great events to Edgewater: the Holiday Lighting Festival. Head on down to the corner of Gray Street and West 25th Avenue for hot chocolate, chili from Sloan’s Bar and Grill for purchase, carol singing and more. Then the holiday lights will be turned on and a special visitor might even show up. Senior Connections will also be sponsoring ginger bread house making for $5 which includes all of the needed supplies. Ginger bread house making will begin at 5 pm and the rest of the activities will start at 6 pm.
