From the City of Edgewater:
What is the law? In Edgewater the sale, use and possession of ALL FIREWORKS IS ILLEGAL. This include sparklers, fountains, glow worms and other items you may find in fireworks sales tents in Colorado.
Any fireworks that explode or leave the ground are illegal anywhere in Colorado.
Violating the law can be costly. Violators may face significant fines and possible jail time.
West Metro Fire Rescue encourages you to see a professional fireworks display and OBEY THE LAW!
