20% Schematic Presentation
The Owner’s Representative / Architect presented a 20% schematic at last week’s City Council meeting. If you were unable to make the meeting the presentation can be viewed at www.edgewaterco.com. Follow the Edgewater Civic Center tab on the left. Although not a complete design, we are excited to see the first stages of the final design in place. These designs are estimated to be a little higher than the current project budget, so there will be some value engineering as the design approaches 100%.
Design Build Contract
The City of Edgewater has hired Alliance Construction as the Design Build firm for the Edgewater Civic Center. Alliance brings a lot of expertise in design build projects.
