The position of Church Secretary/Office Manager is a key support in advancing the mission and the spiritual ministry of the organization, especially in the areas of worship, congregational and community communication and outreach. This person assures that preparation, coordination and dissemination of all church communications is done accurately, timely and cordially (this includes newsletters, website and social media), and that members, visitors, and building guests experience warm welcome and hospitality.
