Edgewater City Council will meet this upcoming Thursday night, August 3, for a regularly scheduled Business Meeting and Work Session starting at 7 pm in the Council Chambers (2401 Sheridan Boulevard).
On the agenda was the discussion of approving a Planned Unit Development of 1985 Sheridan Boulevard on the north side of Target for a PetSmart though an email from the meeting packet shows the construction company withdrawing the project because of unplanned construction costs.
During the Work Session, there will be a discussion of eliminating the width restrictions of rear lot driveway entrances as well as an update on the design of the new Civic Center.
