Sheridan Blvd. – CDOT will have paving crews on Sheridan Blvd. overnight September 20-early October between 25th Avenue and 52nd Avenue. Expect single lane traffic if not closures between 8 pm and 8 am. For project information please call 303-317-3311.
Fall Clean-Up Event: The City of Edgewater provides two clean-up events each year. Both events consist of an alley way pick-up and a one-day large item drop-off. The alley pick-up will be on Monday, October 2, with items required to be placed for pick-up by 7:00 am on the 2nd and the drop-off date is Saturday, October 7 from 9 am – 1 pm at 22nd and Benton Street. Community Garage Sale: The Edgewater Community Garage Sale will be held this Saturday, September 30. The City of Edgewater will provide additional signage and marketing for your garage sale at no cost to you. Please visit www.playedgewater.com or call 720-763-3010 to register your address. Civic Center
Construction Contract: The City of Edgewater and NV5 (Civic Center Owner’s Representative) have received the guaranteed maximum price and will have the construction contract complete with all costs in front of City Council at the October 5th City Council meeting. This is the final agreement before actual construction (not including the site demolition) can begin.
