Edgewater Holiday Lighting Ceremony
Friday, December 8th at the Edgewater Recreation Room (5845 W. 25th Ave.)
As a part of this year’s Holiday Lighting Ceremony, our Mayor and City Council are hosting a sock drop off for the Jefferson County Action Center. Donations will be accepted in the Recreation Room from 5:00-8:00 pm.
5:00-6:45 pm Ginger Bread House Making ($5 per ginger bread house kit)
5:30-7:30 pm Hayride from Rec. Room to Gold Crown’s new facility and back
6:00-6:30 pm Youth Dance Performance from Local Motion Dance with Instructor Jackie Oxford
6:30-7:00 pm Youth Choir Performance from Generations Music and Music Therapy with Instructor Susie Frey
7:00-7:15 pm Visit from Santa to turn on the lights
7:15-8:00 pm Santa visits with children on stage
7:15-8:00 pm Live Music from The Hoppers
Don’t forget your holiday goodies.
5:00-6:00 pm Edgewater Library will be serving cookies
5:30-7:30 pm Gold Crown Foundation will also be serving treats at their new facility located at 2501 Chase St. We will also be offering hay rides from the Rec. Room to the Gold Crown Facility.
5:30-8:00 pm Edgewater Optimist Club will be serving Chili in a bag, hot cider, hot cocoa for a small fee in the Recreation Room.
