A few months ago, the Edgewater King Soopers started offering their ClickList service to customers. Customers can order their groceries online and reserve a time slot to pick up their groceries at the store. I have been using the service almost weekly since October, and it has been such a huge time saver for me. Going grocery shopping is one of my least favorite errands, and ClickList is very convenient and easy to use.
Ordering on the website is very simple: you just search for the item you want to buy and add it to your list. You can even add specific comments for each item, which is especially helpful for produce. For example, I can type in how many bananas I want and how ripe I would like them to be. Once you have placed an order, the website automatically suggests items you might want to buy based on your ordering history. It also shows you which of the items you usually buy are on sale. There have been a few times when an item I ordered was out of stock, and they simply substitute a similar item for the same price.
There is a service fee of $4.95 for each time you place an order. To me, that is a very reasonably price to pay for all the time it saves me finding a parking spot, pushing my cart around the store, and waiting in line to check out. The ClickList staff is very friendly and helpful and they even load your groceries for you. I highly recommend this service and I hope other Edgewater residents will give it a try!
