The Edgewater Planning and Zoning Commission will have a Business Meeting this Wednesday, June 27 at 7 pm at City Hall (2401 Sheridan Blvd.).
The main item on the agenda is the discussion and possible action on a Planned Unit Development and Conditional Use Permit at 5505 W. 20th Avenue. Littleton Capital Partners will be discussing their plans for the City-owned property at 20th and Depew.
