From Xerxes Steirer:
At this month’s Sustainability Seminar, Edgewater’s Andy Veith will talk about trees in a residential setting and how to care for them. He will discuss the value they bring homeowners and the community, how to maintain them, how to choose a new tree for your yard or street, and resources available for gardeners and homeowners in Edgewater. Andy will also speak to the basics of garden design and plant selection in our semi arid climate, including strategies for creating a cohesive garden design and planting schemes that work well for our climate, selecting trees appropriate for residential properties and other gardening related topics.
Andy Vieth has been an avid gardener since childhood and is a registered landscape architect with seven years of professional practice across the Colorado Front Range. He is passionate about creating well thought out places that people, plants, bugs and other critters can enjoy.
