Visit homes in Arvada, Edgewater, Golden, the Foothills, Lakewood, Morrison and Wheat Ridge. Talk to homeowners first-hand and see their amazing results.

Whether you’re looking for a new home or ways to improve your current castle, grab this once-a-year opportunity to visit a variety of homes benefitting from a range of smart “green” strategies. See everything from efficient remodeling options and effective solar designs, to an entire community built around clean, renewable energy. Spend an hour or a full day exploring new homes, updated homes and innovative gardens. Ask questions and learn practical ways to make your home-sweet-home even sweeter!

You can pick up your guidebook and map on October 4^th or 5^th:

• Golden Real Estate will have maps and guidebooks available on Friday the 4^th between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Drop by at 17695 S. Golden Road, Golden CO 80401.
• Or, get your guidebook and map the day of the tour, October 5^th, at the American Mountaineering Center, 710 10^th Street in Golden. If you haven’t already registered you can register there.

Please join us for the Tour After-Party and Green Expo from 4:00-6:00 p.m. back at the American Mountaineering Center. Enjoy appetizers and local beverages while you explore the Expo exhibits featuring local solar and other green businesses in a relaxed and friendly environment. And, don’t forget to check out the exciting Electric Vehicle Roundup in the North parking lot. The CSU Extension 4-H Mobile Stem Lab will be present – it’s primary focus includes energy production and conservation, energy conversions and mechanical advantage for youth and adults.
