From Edgewater Mayor Laura Keegan:
There has been a long-standing tradition in Edgewater to come together and watch the election results as they come in. This is a night of camaraderie as our community and our candidates come together to have fun, wring hands, pull out our hair, laugh and show how good-natured we are. We are all set for the evening of November 5th. For those new to the tradition–families, friends and community are invited and welcomed. It is buy-your-own for everything, everyone will be on their own tab. All are encouraged to eat, drink and enjoy the evening. The election results will start coming in about 7:00 as the polls close. We can get into the room shortly before 7.
Come anytime and stay as long as you like.
Providence at 5280 (5280 W. 25th Avenue) is so excited to have us! They are letting us use the large back room. The staff will set up a TV screen so we can watch the results as they come in.
Please invite all of your friends and family. See you there!
