We love supporting local businesses by sharing about the services and products they offer as well as the stories of why the business got started. Today we are spotlighting the newest business on 25th Avenue, Mile High Hygiene Spa. They are located at 5390 West 25th Avenue at the corner of 25th and Benton. The Grand Opening is scheduled for Saturday, February 1 (more details here).
Here’s our interview with owner Sanaz Ashrafian:
How did you get involved in this business?
I have been a hygienist for over 5 years now and in that time, I have seen so many patients skip out on hygiene appointments because of fear and stress involved with seeing a dentist. I wanted to offer a relaxing and stress-free environment so my patients feel good about taking care of their oral hygiene needs. As a dental hygiene only office, there is no fear involved and no stress about spending more money than is needed.
What drew you to move to Edgewater?
Edgewater is such a cool little community. My husband and I usually walk Sloan’s Lake a few times a week and fell in love with the vibe and the friendliness of everyone here. We knew when we wanted to open our dental hygiene spa, we wanted to be here!
What services do you offer?
We offer personalized dental cleanings, digital x-rays, sensitivity free teeth whitening, oral cancer screenings, and bacterial decontamination treatments.
What makes your business unique?
We are unique because we take the fear out of dentistry and offer a space where patients would love to visit. We go above and beyond to make this as relaxing as possible!
