Teachers and staff from Lumberg Elementary School in Edgewater will be driving through town to connect with their students and families. The Lumberg Car Parade will be Monday, April 20 from 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Here’s an idea of their route:
- 22nd to Kendall
- Kendall to Colfax
- Colfax to Harlan
- Harlan to 26th
- 26th to Fenton
- Fenton to 29th
- 29th to Pierce
- Pierce to 26th
- 26th to Harlan
- Harlan to 22nd
- 22nd back to Lumberg
This is a great time for community members to join in and cheer on the great teachers and staff at Lumberg for their hard work connecting with students through online learning!

We are going to have a parade to celebrate our hard work during this time of social distancing. The staff of Lumberg will be driving through the community next Monday, April 20 from 3:30-4:30!
Come out on your porch or the lawn and wave as we drive by honking. Please talk to your parents about this and have them join too! Wear your Lumberg gear or a costume. You will see us on 22nd, Pierce, Kendall, Harlan, and 26th during this time. #AloneTogether
