From Edgewater Collective:
Thank you so much for supporting this project over the last four months! Thank you to our volunteer delivery drivers, restaurant partners, school staff, foundations and donors that made this possible!
Since we began this project in March…
- 2,450 meals were delivered to seniors, frontline workers and families
- $20,492 in meals were purchased from Edgewater restaurants
Wednesday, July 15 was our last night delivering meals for Mutual Meals. We are focusing our energy now on Lunch and Learn food distribution for children and families as well as distributing produce from our community gardens. We are also preparing to support our local schools, teachers and students as the school year starts in August.
If another Stay-At-Home order goes into effect, we will restart Mutual Meals.
Thanks 9News!
