The Jefferson Junior/Senior High School community is invited to remember the life of service that school social worker Robert Hawkins gave to Jefferson. The Farewell to a Saint remembrance event will be this Friday, March 5 at Citizen’s Park (5401 West 22nd Avenue, Edgewater). The park space will open at 3:30 p.m. and the program will begin at 4:00 p.m.
Because of the pandemic, masks are required. The park will be wet from the recent snow, so keep that in mind when you choose your footwear. Bring your own chair as well. Limited street parking is available, but ensure that you don’t park in front of a driveway. Bathrooms will not be open at the park either so plan ahead.

El evento de recuerdo de despedida a un santo será este viernes 5 de marzo en Citizen’s Park (5401 West 22nd Avenue, Edgewater).
