Thursday, April 20 is the perfect day for a bakery in Colorado to open. Come on down to 25th and Gray Street in Edgewater for the Grand Opening of Suzette Bakery and Cafe at 5901 W. 25th Avenue. The location was last Pizzeria Forte and before that it housed the Edgewater Police Department. Suzette Bakery and Cafe will be open Wednesdays through Sundays from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Rod Wagner, one of the owners of Suzette Bakery, shared his excitement for the opening, “We think Suzette will be a perfect and much needed addition to the neighborhood. The response from people walking by and popping their heads in has been so positive. We can’t wait to open Thursday morning and officially introduce the community to Suzette. Come on by for a cup of coffee and a fresh baked croissant and say hi!”
Suzette’s menu includes fresh-baked croissants, scones, cinnamon swirls, and much more, including hot and cold coffee drinks. They will also serve cakes, cheesecakes, and pies daily as well as for special orders.
