From Xerxes Steirer:
Sugar and Honey are this month’s sweet sustainable discussion topics. We’ll meet at the Edgewater Library at 7pm this Tuesday to learn about these two amazing sweeteners: a bit of history, their prevalence in Colorado, environmental roles, and why they’ve become hot sustainability topics for debate. We’ll discuss how to interchange these sweeteners for baking, and also taste some yummy Colorado and Edgewater varieties. This is a great start to the holiday season!
