My family and my sincere condolences to Cathie’s family and to the Edgewater Police Officers. The twelve + years I knew Cathie, she always showed me how she was the 3-C’s (Considerate, Caring, Compassionate). She was my role model on how I talked to and treated people. She never threw me away but would give me good and always helpful advice throughout the times. I will miss her but will never forget her. Rest in Peace Cathie.
