Since the City of Edgewater purchased the vacant land that once housed a King Soopers in 2004, community members have wondered what would come of the property. September 2017 brought another interested developer, Littleton Capital Partners, and new dreams for what the property could become.
Maybe 2018 will finally see the dreams for 20th and Depew become reality? Will we finally find the bones of Roger?
