Code Enforcement

Code Violation Reporting: Just a reminder that if you see any code issues please contact code enforcement by email at codeenforcement@edgewaterco.com or by phone at 720-459-3297.

Graffiti: It is imperative to take care of graffiti issues as soon as possible. The City of Edgewater has a graffiti removal program for residents. Should a participant in this program have graffiti on their property, the City will either match paint (as close as possible), or use a spray to remove the graffiti. In order to take part in the program you will need to submit a form with a signature from the property owner. To receive a form, please call our code enforcer at 720-459-3297 or pick one up at 2401 Sheridan.

Weeds: Please remember to keep all weeds and grasses on your property trimmed below eight inches tall per city code. This includes right of way, front and back yards, and yes, alley ways. Keeping everything trimmed makes our city look great and helps to avoid the dreaded Code Enforcement violation appearing on your door and in your mailbox!
