Join the Jefferson Community Garden for an Edgewater Gardening Meetup this Saturday, May 5 from 10-11 am at the Jefferson Jr/Sr High School Community Garden (2305 Pierce Street).
This hands-on class about composting will be led by Edgewater urban farmers Jason and Debra Bump. Following the Composting Class, participants are encouraged to stick around to help prepare the garden for the season. A free lunch will be provided for all of the volunteers.
Joel has been a resident of Edgewater, Colorado with his family since 2012. He is the Executive Director of local education nonprofit Edgewater Collective and Editor of the Edgewater Echo.
