Proposed design of the former King Soopers building at 20th and Depew as part of the proposed Edgewater Public Market
The Edgewater Planning and Zoning Commission could make an important approval for the designs and next steps for the proposed Edgewater Public Market at 20th and Depew. The meeting will be Wednesday, July 11 at 7 pm at Edgewater City Hall (2401 Sheridan Boulevard). They will continue their discussions from the last meeting and vote to recommend a conditional approval of the Planned Unit Development and Conditional Use Permit. If they vote to approve, then the permits will go before the Edgewater City Council at an upcoming meeting.
