After years of plans falling through for the former King Soopers property at 20th and Depew, LCP Development has cracked the code and purchased the property. We just confirmed with Tim Schlichting from LCP Development that they closed on the property at 20th and Depew yesterday (9/11/2018). Schlichting said they hope to start interior abatement and demolition inside the former King Soopers building in the next week or two.
