Edgewater Civic Center

The NEW Civic Center is officially opened. As of November 21st, all City Office’s, Police Department’s, and Jefferson County Library’s doors are open for business.

City Clerk

In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, City Offices will be closed on Thursday, November 22nd and Friday November 23rd. City Offices will re-open on Monday, November 26th.

Public Works

Leaf Pick-Up: Republic Services will be providing the leaf pick-up on Thursday, November 29th. Customers that have the City sponsored trash service can leave bags of leaves next to their Republic trash carts on the above-mentioned dates for pick-up.

Parks and Recreation

Friday, December 7th, from 6pm-8:30pm we will have a holiday lighting ceremony at our new Edgewater Civic Center. We will start with a dance performance from Edgewater’s own, Jackie Oxford’s dance classes followed by a visit from Santa from 6:30pm-8:30pm.

Santa at the Orum House Saturday, December 15th, from 2pm-4pm. Santa will make a special visit to the Orum House located on 2444 Depew St. Please plan to join in on the fun and make sure to let Santa know what you would like for Christmas.
