Care Managers from Jewish Family Service offer compassionate advice and thoughtful support to help older adults maintain or improve their quality of life. We are excited to partner with the City of Edgewater to bring this service to Edgewater residents. Our Care Managers will work with you to access resources and services, apply for benefits, and create an individualized plan to stay safe and independent in the environment of your choosing. Walk-ins are welcome or schedule an appointment to have a Care Manager visit you in your home.

Wednesdays, 11:30 am to 1:30 pm
