Public Works
Fenton Street Storm Sewer Project: The Cities of Edgewater and Wheat Ridge are working on a project to replace a section of storm sewer that runs down the west side of the 2500 block of Fenton St. The existing system is clogged in some locations and has failed in others and needs replacement. Construction will begin in late August. For more information please visit www.edgewaterco.com.
Sewer Cleaning & Videoing: The City of Edgewater has hired Hydro Physics to provide sewer cleaning and videoing services this summer. They will be starting the sewer cleaning program on Monday July 8th between Lamar St. and Harlan St. Sewer cleaning may cause temporary issues in your home such as gurgling or minimal back flow through drains and toilets, and the possible odor of sewer gas from floor drains, sink drains or bathtubs. If these issues arise please call 720-763-3012.
