Edgewater Crossing property at 29th and Kendall in Edgewater
If you’ve driven by 29th Avenue and Kendall Street over the last week or so, you might have noticed the trees on the south side of 29th have disappeared. BLVDWAY Communities has started preparing for their new Edgewater Crossing development on the site just north of Terra Village Apartments.
Originally known as “The Village at Edgewater,” the developers started the planning process with the City of Edgewater in 2018.
According to the BLVDWAY Communities website, the new development will include 2 and 3 story townhomes and paired homes. They will include rooftop decks and private yards.
