Attempt to Locate
Fatal Auto Pedestrian Accident
Location: 2200 block of Sheridan Blvd
Synopsis: On 08/06/2020 at approximately 10:30pm, a fatal auto-pedestrian accident involving two vehicles occurred at the above location. The initial vehicle remained on scene and cooperated with the police investigation. The second vehicle involved in the accident failed to remain at the scene and continued southbound on Sheridan Blvd.
Vehicle: A witness believed that the second vehicle in the accident was possibly a tan or silver Suburban or Tahoe style vehicle, with a lifted chassis, slightly tinted windows and has an unknown Colorado license plate.
At this time the Edgewater Police Department is not releasing any information regarding the victim or the initial vehicle.
