The Edgewater City Council will meet for a Work Session and Business Meeting on Tuesday, November 16 starting at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will be held virtually and in-person (limited amount of attendees per health orders).
The Business Meeting includes the following:
- Discussion on the 25th Avenue Streetscape Project and related Intergovernmental Agreements with the Colorado Department of Transportation
- Discussion regarding selecting an appraiser for the Vietnamese Baptist Church property (6400 W. 26th Avenue). According to staff comments in the posted City documents, “This resolution is selecting an appraiser for the appraisal of 6400 W. 26th Ave. The property owner is interested in selling the property and staff is recommending an appraisal to better understand the value of this property. The owner is aware of our process and aware that this resolution makes the process public knowledge. The property owner was given the option to select their own appraiser.”
During the Work Session, City Council will hear a presentation of the proposed 2022 City budget and usage of the American Rescue Plan funds.
